• Manufacture workshop

  For over 11 years we have built customer favourite and highest quality Horse Floats, Goosenecks,dog Trailers,Toy haulers ,and Food Service trailers etc.We design to suit our customer exact needs with a great range of options. Our workshop is large enough to cater for multiple areas of construction at the one time, including chassis/frame welding house, In house Float Spray Booth and final assembly. Everything from welding to kitchen is manufactured in our own factory.

  

• Welding

  Professional welding staff team make sure all chassis and frame robust construction and durability, all welded junction tidy and smoothly, All steel for floats are galvanized which makes them rust free.

  

• Painting

  Advanced inhouse spray booth allows us to control the quality of workmanship, correct baking and drying time to make sure finish in a streamline.

  

• Final assembly

  Excellent full time staff assemble all items skillfully, such as lights, appliance, wiring thread, kitchen with complimentary color aesthetics. All nature compact in composition, Lightweight & practical.

  

• Our team

  Our team comprises of welders, metal sheet workers, spray painters, assemble workers, quality controllers, designers, engineers and after sale servicer. All of us as family, all of us believe "you only as excellent as your team". PLS leave the production for us, you just focus on marketing and customers.
